Owner & Founder
Ryne Dlouhy is the owner and founder of Morning Dew Productions, LLC. He oversees all aspects of the business, including booking, management, production, and promotion services. Ryne has over 10 years of entrepreneurial experience and several years working in the music business industry. Ryne’s mission is to empower local musicians to share their music with the world. Morning Dew Productions handles the business operations for the musicians and bands so that they can focus their energy on creating and performing their music.

Ryne is a music junkie and deadhead who loves to be around live music. Ryne enjoys playing bluegrass guitar and has also served as a board member of the Great Plains Bluegrass & Old Time Music Association. In his free time, he enjoys tending to his greenhouses, hanging out with his hound, and hiking in the Smoky Mountains.
Cecily King
Executive Assistant
Cecily is the Executive Assistant at Morning Dew Productions. She is responsible for providing administrative support to all the team members. Her duties include, but are not limited to: managing schedules, filtering calls, communicating with clients, scheduling meetings, editing content, drafting contracts, maintaining records, and so much more. Cecily has over 10 years of experience in managing a business environment. With a background in sales, she has supervised teams in all different sectors of the business world. Her perseverance and enthusiasm have led her through a diverse array of work experiences, from organizing and running retail environments, to guiding and inspiring team employees to complete projects passionately and efficiently. Coming from a creative background also allows her to tackle any problem with a sense of style and ingenuity.

Cecily is a lifelong musician with a special interest in bluegrass and sound healing. She plays mandolin in a band called Mountain Mystic and she is also a certified professional sound healer. Cecily is deeply passionate about creating music and helping others. By practicing sound healing, she can satisfy both of those passions.
Jayla Emilie
Booking Intern
Jayla Emilie is a recording industry student at Middle Tennessee State University. She is from Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, and is pursuing a commercial songwriting degree with plans to graduate in May of 2024. She aspires to write songs not only for herself but also for other artists and sync projects. Jayla is currently serving as our Booking Intern. In this role, she helps research and communicate with venues to book shows for artists represented by Morning Dew Productions.
Jayla is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science degree at MTSU, with a concentration in commercial songwriting and a minor in Audio Production. She has obtained formal education and hands-on experience in songwriting and audio production during her time at MTSU. Jayla has also taken her knowledge of songwriting beyond the classroom, giving insight and feedback to younger generations and co-writing with many people across various genres.
Jayla wrote her first song at 10 years old and started singing long before that. She plays guitar and piano and is very passionate about songwriting. Outside of music she loves hiking, crocheting, reading, and traveling.
